Founded in 1970, Had its original plant in Tupas, Carlock Street, Cebu City. The firm has since moved to its new plant at Tabunok, Talisay City. The company manufactures foam mattresses and pillows and has further expanded to the manufacture of spring beds and furniture. Our corporate statement is "Better Quality for Better products." with this driving force in mind, we constantly upgrade our manufacturing machinery. To, date we are the only manufacturing company in the country who produces spring beds through a fully automated process. Our manufacturing equipment is an integrated series of automatic assembly lines. To keep abreast of new technologies, we regularly send our human resources out to various parts of the world for retraining.

The firm has sales forces who serves not only in hotels, pension houses, resorts, hospitals, dormitories but also shipping lines and furniture manufacturers. We likewise supply foam products to export companies, bed manufacturers, sport shoemakers and some garment manufacturers.
